Dear Associated Press,
How much it would cost to license the photo of Governor Jan K. Brewer giving Barack H. Obama the finger? I would like to use it on my website. I don’t need a high resolution photo. A 72 dpi jpg would be fine. I get dozens of hits a day on my site, so you might consider giving me permission just for the exposure!
If this interests you let me know. If you send me a copy I can scan it myself. Otherwise, just let me know how much money I need to send. I want to do this legally. (I can’t go to jail again!)

You can view the photo in question here: Obama and Brewer. I really should look into how much it would cost to license. Or maybe I could make a “fair use” case, but honestly, I am a bit too lazy. Even linking to it is more effort than I want to make.
