Dear Gillette,
recently I purchased your Gillette Fusion razor and it came with “Gillette Odor Shield Body Wash” that boasts 16 hour protection. You have to admit this puts people in a quandary. Do you shower before bed knowing your protection against odor will run out when you perhaps need it the most, or do you shower in the morning knowing full well this means you will be going to bed all stinky?
So far I am happy with the razor. I already had a Mach3 razor and this seems to be pretty much the same thing. I was a bit disheartened that the razors aren’t interchangeable, but for a guy that shaves as often as I do this isn’t that big of a concern.
It would have been cool if I could get by with buying one kind of replacement cartridges, but I’ll get by.

I am not understanding the script font signature trend, but a lot of places seem to be doing this now. Either sign the letter or don’t, but selecting a different font just draws attention to the impersonal nature of the reply.
Bonus points for addressing the content on my letter, but even though Gretchen answered my question I still don’t know the answer. But that’s ok.
They also sent me marketing materials for Pantene Pro V. I have no idea why.
I think the Universe is meant to have mysteries.
