Dear Simply Asian Foods,
I find your noodle bowls to be quite tasty and satisfying. The only complaint I have is the fork. At first I thought you were including an authentic Asian fork with the meal (and this is why it’s so small), but then I realized that the Asians would be eating these bowls with chopsticks! The portion size could be a bit bigger as well, and I like mine a bit more spicy, but other than these things I love the noodle bowls.
Could you please ship these bowls with a caucasian sized fork?
Sincerely,
Christopher L. Jorgensen

This reply seems designed to drive a letter writer nuts. It’s not on any sort of letterhead, it says “Page 1 of 2” and only one page is included, they spelled my name wrong, and it includes some url at the bottom that resolves to nothing.
To be fair I got their name wrong as well. It’s Simply Asia, not “Asian.” This is important, since “www.simplyasia.com” is an entirely different site than “www.simplyasian.com.”
They sent me a plethora of coupons, so that makes me happy. I like their product, so getting coupons is like putting money in my pocket!
