Dear Hanes,
I wrote previously (reference #1604344) about your Men’s Hanes Classics tagless Comfort Cool Sports Briefs, and how much I like them, only to be told you have discontinued them! You wrote that you hope I “will give one of our other products a try,” but I have no idea which product would come closest. I am hoping you could just suggest something for me to try out (has to come in purple or I am not interested!).
Or…
It’s probably too much to ask, but I figure since you have discontinued this style of underwear, that maybe you would have a couple pallets of them laying around in some warehouse or some back office. If you’re not going to sell them, could you send me any of the purple ones (size XL) you have left?
This would be way more righteous than just throwing them away!
