Dear Best Buy,
Regarding your reply dated April 28, 2008:
When I wrote asking about your prices, my concern wasn’t as to how your decided to price items, but rather that your products are consistently higher than your competitor’s. I’d give examples, but think you can just as easily do the legwork. Compare any random DVD title to the same title on Amazon. Compare the price of any cable to smalldog.com. In fact, if you could just let me know what you sell that is cheaper then other places this would help me understand how you can justify calling yourself “Best Buy,” because as far as I can tell, you really aren’t.
Sincerely,
Christopher L. Jorgensen
