Dear Karly Wines,
I get downright nostalgic for your Warrior Fires Zinfandel! It’s probably my favorite wine, but mostly because none of my wine drinking friends really like it. This allows me to feel superior to them and to point out the problem is theirs (not mine). I go on about their uneducated and unrefined palettes and how they lacked the sophistication to appreciate the finer things in life. Then I slam a big glass of Warrior Fires. I’m mostly talking crap, since I don’t really know a lot about wine. I just know what I like, and man, I like me some Warrior Fires Zinfandel!
This guy I know, Brian Tannebaum (a criminal defense attorney in Florida of all places!) also fancies himself a wine aficionado. He has more money than me, so he can afford to drink wine more often, but I bet he wouldn’t much care for Warrior Fires Zinfandel, since I think he likes those girly wines. I get the impression he actually knows what he’s talking about when it comes to wine though. Next time I talk to him I’ll ask if he’s ever had your wine. I’ll let you know what he thinks of it if he has.
Until then I can’t wait for my next bottle! I have a 375 ml. wine glass. It holds a half a bottle at a time! I’d get a bigger one, but that’d be plain silly.
Sincerely,
Christopher L. Jorgensen
