Dear Josh Koeppel,

You’re famous man! I bet you expected it to happen someday, but I also bet you thought it would be from playing football rather than having a video of you, in shorts, being hit by a truck, while riding a scooter, without a helmet, being posted to the internet. The video I saw has been viewed nearly fifteen thousand times! (I have to admit that probably a third of those views are mine.) You do see the irony of a football player not wearing a helmet, right?

Anyway, I am just writing to say I am glad you lived, and to see if I can get an autographed photo for my boss? Just make it out to “Phil” and say whatever you think a sports fan would like to read.

I’m guessing football pays pretty well, but I’m still throwing in a couple bucks to cover postage. If you can’t send me a photo due to some weird college sports’ rules then just buy yourself a beer and hoist one to your continued good health and continued good luck!
