An Unanswered Letter to Sysco Corporation

Dear Sysco,

I have a Wireless-N Home Router (the WRT150N model). I am having difficulty getting it to broadcast a SID. I named the router “Monkey,” but when I go to wireless devices on my MacBook Pro (under the Airport Menu) there is no Monkey!

You can obviously understand why this is frustrating for me. I am forced to use my neighbor’s wireless and I think he must do a lot of torrenting of movies or something because his access is slow! I had to wait for over four minutes for even ggogle (a popular search engine) to load.

Any help you can give me to get me back on the internet would be great.
