Dear Joseph J. Dullea,
Your recent Cease & Desist letter to Trevor Eckhart amused me greatly. It’s not every day that people take the time to preserve idiocy in a well crafted letter. I do have a couple of questions for you. First, in the history of Cease & Desist letters of this kind, have they ever served to do anything but draw attention to the issue? I would have never heard of Carrier IQ without your ill-thought-out promotional dispatch. In my opinion you’re being wasted as a lawyer. You could be a marketer if you were willing to drink less! (Please read up on “The Streisand effect” and “going viral” before making this career change.)
I was also wondering if you know you are a tool? In my experience often people that are tools are oblivious to this fact. I would hate for you to continue your life in ignorance. Could you please let me know if you are already in possession of this knowledge? It is my mission in life to help enlighten others. It is my goal to make the world a better place. I would hate to waste my time informing you that you are a tool if you already know you are a tool. I would also hate to take credit for the education of a tool if this is not that case. You are a tool.
I am not sure how these things work, but if you prefer I could see if my attorney Marc J. Randazza will clarify any unclear statements of fact or opinion.
Sincerely,
Christopher L. Jorgensen
p.s. you are also a dumbass, but I am positive you already know this.
