An Unanswered Letter to Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill

Dear Rubio’s,

It’s simple. I love lobster. I love tacos. So I thought I’d landed on a money making idea here. My only obstacle was trying to figure out how to raise lobster in Iowa. So off I went to do my due diligence to insure no one else had already come up with this idea. Looks like you guys beat me to it.

At first I was sad, but then remembered there were really lobster tacos in the world. This was comforting consolation until I realized the nearest Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill location is like 700 miles away. That’s a long way to go for even a lobster taco.

So I am writing to see if you would consider opening a store in Iowa. This would be super yummy! If an Iowa location near me isn’t feasible, could you just mail me a few tacos?

Sincerely,

Christopher L. Jorgensen
