Dear Pres. Robert N. Shelton,
I am gladdened to see someone like you speak out about the “Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act” (what a dumb name, by the way!). It’s too bad more reasonable people like yourself aren’t joining in decrying this law! If I had money I’d create a scholarship for out-of-state students attending your University. If I had kids I’d send them to the University of Arizona. Since I have neither procreated, or struck it rich, all I can do is join you in your opposition to SB1070!
I’ve already written your Governor and let her know this law makes me worried for the future of our country. You let me know who else to write and you can consider it done!
