Dear Doctor Burt of Burt’s Bees,

The Waldenbooks at 2801 N. Grand in Ames, IA 50010 is closed. You still list them on your website as a store that carries your products. I thought you might want to know this.

Also, I have some questions for you:

1. Is there really a Burt of Burt’s Bees? If there is such a person is there anyway I could get an autographed photo? That would be really keen.
2. Will you ever bring back Lavender Mint toothpaste? I’m a simple Crest man myself, but my girlfriend loves this toothpaste. I think we’ve managed to acquire every box in a 100 mile radius of Ames, IA. But what will she do when this runs out?
3. My girlfriend figures a lifetime supply of Lavender Mint toothpaste would be 244 boxes. Any way you would have this many in some warehouse or something?
4. What’s the shelf life of an unopened tube of toothpaste?
