Dear The Premises,
That’s a kick ass rabbit you have on the side of your building! I hope you get to keep it. It would upset me greatly if you are forced to have it painted over. If this happens I will send that Gaynor Brown a sternly worded letter calling him a big poop! I should anyway, since he’s being a big poop.
I’m too far away to come see the bunny myself, but that’s not why I am writing anyway. Something’s been bugging me every since I saw a picture of your building with the rabbit on one side. What’s on the other side? This is driving me crazy! Please, for my mental health, write back and tell me what’s on the other side. (A picture would be even cooler.)
