Dear George Takei,

I want an autographed photo of you, but unfortunately for both of us I can’t afford the $60 you are charging. I’d love the photo and I am sure you could use the money, but I just don’t have it. Instead I am proposing a trade. I’ve included a photo of myself and figured we could swap. I’d like a photo of you without a shirt on, something like “Dueling George!” You can just make it out to “Christopher L. Jorgensen” (that’s my name).

I’ve been a fan of yours ever since I saw a video of you on the internet calling some guy a douchebag. He must have done something terrible, but I don’t really remember what it was. He probably made fun of trains or something.

Anyway, you can send the photo to the above address. I realize it might not be an even trade, but someday you may become as famous as me.
