Dear HBO,

I have money you want. You have content I want. Can you please tell me how we can manage a trade without forcing me to get cable I don’t want? I thought your HBO GO service might be exactly what I was looking for, but strangely your not listed as a provider offering HBO GO.

The way I envision this relationship working is that I pay you a convenient and reasonable fee for access to your current schedule of shows and you awesome back catalog. I could then access this on my TV, my iPhone, my iPad or Apple TV (I would entertain getting an additional device if need be). We both know this is the way things are headed, so I’d encourage you to get out there first and lead the way from the front!

If I am honest, I have to admit I only really give a rat’s ass about “Game of Thrones” and “Deadwood.” I don’t really envisioning myself watching much else. If I had my way I would pay you a fair amount for the privilege of watching these shows. I’d prefer to not wait though. Like I said, I have money, you have stuff to sell. Making me wait is more or less just being cruel.

Set a price, make it happen. Let me know.
